Location: Seward, Alaska, USA Visa: H-1B (attorney fees covered by employer) About the Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and analytically minded Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our hospitality and tourism operation in Seward, Alaska — a stunning coastal town surrounded by glaciers, fjords, and some of the most dramatic scenery in North America. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience managing digital marketing across multiple hospitality, restaurant, and tourism brands, all while living and working in one of Alaska's most iconic destinations. What You'll Do Develop and implement SEO strategies across multiple hospitality and tourism brands Analyze website traffic, search performance, and conversion metrics Optimize website content, structure, and user experience Conduct keyword research and competitive market analysis Manage local search presence, online listings, and reputation platforms Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements Coordinate digital marketing initiatives with operations and leadership teams What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills Experience working with marketing analytics and reporting tools Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility to handle high-volume season demands Genuine enjoyment of outdoor living and seasonal environments Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: Starting at $40,000 USD Housing: Fully furnished employee housing available at $500/month (deducted from paycheck). Accommodations are apartment-style shared rooms (4 employees per room with bunk beds). Private room arrangements may be possible upon request. Dining: 50% discount at all group restaurants Visa: H-1B visa — employer covers all attorney fees for the petition and application process. Visa interview fee and travel expenses are the responsibility of the employee.
