They build lead-generating sites designed to drive traffic, convert visitors, and support overall marketing growth. About the role: Our client is looking for a Web Developer & Analyst to build and optimize high-performing, lead-generating websites for their clients. This role is ideal for someone skilled in front-end development, technical SEO, and site performance, who takes ownership from build to launch and continuously improves results. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required. Experience in the home service industry is preferred. What you’ll be doing: Build, launch, and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages end-to-end Implement technical SEO, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements Set up and validate tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking) Manage CRM/automation integrations, form routing, site migrations, and clean deployments Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimally Continuously analyze site performance and make data-driven improvements Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and technical tasks Who are we looking for? 3+ years of experience with WordPress custom builds and modern front-end development Proficient in page builders (Breakdance, Elementor) and CRO optimization Solid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architecture Skilled in analytics setup, tracking validation, and integrations Experience with CRM/automation tool connections and form workflows Fast, proactive, execution-focused — suggests improvements and owns delivery Comfortable using AI tools to streamline work and boost productivity Position: Web Developer & Analyst Remote Status: Fully Remote Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Holidays: US Federal Holidays Salary: USD 1400 - USD 1700 Internal Job ID: 1150
