Client Consultant Biologics Role Purpose At Next Biosciences, client experience is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Client Services Consultant to support our Biologics division by delivering exceptional service while coordinating orders, logistics, and client communication from start to finishRole Purpose: Qualifications & Skills Experience in Client Services, Customer Support, or Business Administration Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent attention to detail and administration skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Confident using systems, databases, and accounting software A positive, professional attitude with a genuine focus on client care Experience in healthcare, logistics, or laboratory environments is an advantage. Confident client and stakeholder engagement Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Key Responsibilities Process and capture client orders accurately Send order confirmations and invoices Manage and store patient and order documentation Coordinate packaging, dispatch, couriers, and placenta collections Liaise with clients, labs, doctors, and courier companies Monitor deliveries, handle queries, complaints, and escalations Maintain accurate data on company systems and databases Support Quality Assurance requirements, SOP compliance, and reporting Provide regular feedback and reporting to management Future Scope Manage biologics account queries Invoice and reconcile orders using QuickBooks Send monthly customer statements
