Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Maintenance Procurement Administrator in Kempton Park to manage spare-parts purchasing, supplier communication, and stock coordination across multiple stores. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth procurement operations, accurate tracking, and efficient support for technicians and store teams, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and upholding excellent administrative standards. Responsibilities: Order spares for stores. Issue purchase orders for stores to monitor incoming stock. Order spares for technicians who cannot collect from stores. Place orders only after stores confirm no stock is available. Request quotes from relevant suppliers to determine the best option. Track all orders from request to delivery. Arrange transport for spares and equipment. Coordinate the driver collecting spares/equipment. Capture supplier invoices. Balance creditors and manage reconciliations. Complete credit applications. Assist with any additional procurement or admin tasks required. Prepare quotes requested by technicians. Qualifications and Skills: Strong attention to detail. Advanced Excel experience. Pastel experience. Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to multitask under pressure. Strong organisational skills. Good systems knowledge. Excellent administration abilities. Very well-spoken and professional.
