AI Driven Product Manager - Q-Solutions Technology Services

Q Solutions is building AI-native products across industries. We are looking for an AI-Driven Product Manager who understands how to leverage artificial intelligence not just as a feature — but as a core product capability. This role is designed for someone who thinks in systems, moves fast with AI tools, and can drive products from concept to scalable delivery using an AI-first SDLC approach. You will be responsible for leading AI-powered product initiatives across research, validation, build, launch, and growth phases. Key Responsibilities AI-First Product Strategy Define product vision aligned with AI-native capabilities Identify opportunities where AI can create defensible competitive advantage Translate business problems into AI-driven product solutions AI SDLC Execution Lead product development using Q Solutions’ AI SDLC framework: Discovery & validation Rapid AI prototyping Data design & workflow automation Iterative deployment & feedback loop Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI teams for implementation Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation Use AI tools and no-code platforms to validate ideas quickly Build MVPs using AI APIs, LLM workflows, automation systems Run product experiments and measure performance Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with: Developers AI Engineers Designers Operations Sales Drive alignment across stakeholders AI Performance Optimization Monitor model performance and user interaction data Improve prompts, workflows, and automation efficiency Ensure ethical and responsible AI implementation What We’re Looking For Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Experience 2–5 years in Product Management (AI exposure preferred) Experience building SaaS, AI tools, or automation platforms Strong understanding of AI tools, LLM workflows, and APIs Required Skills AI-native product thinking Strong requirement documentation & PRD writing Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, APIs, embeddings, workflows) Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.) Data-driven decision-making Agile product execution KPI definition & performance tracking Core Competencies Systems thinking Strategic problem-solving Experimentation mindset Strong ownership Structured communication Analytical thinking Ability to convert ambiguity into product direction Bonus Qualifications Experience with AI API integrations Built AI-powered MVPs Familiar with prompt engineering Experience in automation platforms Exposure to AI compliance & governance frameworks KPIs for This Role Time-to-MVP reduction AI feature adoption rate Product usage growth AI workflow efficiency improvement Product release predictability Revenue contribution from AI products What You’ll Get Opportunity to build AI-native products Exposure to cutting-edge AI tooling ecosystem Direct leadership access Ownership over end-to-end product lifecycle High-growth trajectory within Q Solutions Performance-based growth opportunities
