Scaffolder

Hey! We’re Filip Bricklayer – a small, family-oriented crew that’s been putting up and taking down scaffolding safely for years on all kinds of sites. We’re growing and looking for a dependable scaffolder to join. What you’ll be handling: Erecting, moving, modifying, and dismantling scaffolds (tube & fitting, system scaffolds like Layher, Peri, or Haki) Working to scaffold plans, safety regulations, and load classes Installing working platforms, guardrails, stairs, ladders, and edge protection Checking scaffolds for stability, level, and safety before handover Assisting with lifting and material transport using cranes or access equipment Performing daily inspections and minor repairs on scaffolds Building specialist setups: hanging scaffolds, mobile towers, stair towers, facade scaffolds Keeping the site safe, clean, and organised Working closely with welders, carpenters, painters, and the team What we offer (real talk): Competitive hourly rate based on your experience and safety focus 30 vacation days + extra time off Good pension arrangement Travel allowance + possibility of a company van Yearly bonus when jobs run well Team hangouts (BBQs, casual drinks, whatever we vote) Training support (VCA, scaffolder certs, working at height, new systems) What we’re looking for: At least 1–2 years scaffolding experience (erecting/dismantling various types) You have (or are willing to get) scaffolder certification (basic or advanced) You have (or will get) VCA certification Driving licence B (BE is a plus) Safety-conscious and comfortable working at height Flexible with sites across the country Decent English (Dutch helpful but not essential) You take ownership of safe setups and appreciate flexibility in your workday If you’d like a team that trusts each other and keeps balance, drop us your CV or a quick message.
