Position Overview The AI Automation Engineer is responsible for designing and deploying AI-driven automation systems that streamline internal workflows, reduce repetitive work, and improve operational efficiency. This role focuses on building automation solutions that can interact with business systems, gather or process data, and execute tasks across multiple tools and platforms. These systems may include AI agents capable of: Extracting and organizing data Automating administrative workflows Coordinating processes across multiple applications Supporting operational reporting and internal systems Core Responsibilities AI Agent Development Develop intelligent automation systems that support business operations. Responsibilities include: Designing and building AI agents that automate internal workflows Developing tools that interact with internal systems and external platforms Creating automation processes that handle repetitive operational tasks Deploying automation solutions that operate across multiple departments Workflow Automation Identify operational processes that can be automated and implement solutions. Examples include: Data extraction and organization Administrative workflow automation Coordination between internal systems Automated reporting preparation Data synchronization across platforms Data Automation Build automation systems that collect, process, and move data across tools. Responsibilities include: Developing scripts or agents that gather data from multiple sources Automating data transfers between systems and reporting platforms Supporting centralized reporting environments through automated data collection Improving data availability for operational reporting AI Tool Integration Integrate AI tools and automation frameworks with existing business systems.
