Junior Market Researcher

About the Role We are looking for a Market Researcher to monitor, analyze, and collect information on upcoming projects in Construction, Oil, Power, Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors. You'll keep our project database accurate and up to date, helping the business with lead generation and market insights. What You'll Do Market Monitoring: Track news, industry websites, government portals, company pages, and social media to find new project opportunities. Research & Data Collection: Speak directly with developers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government representatives to gather first-hand project details (scope, timelines, budgets, key contacts). Database Management: Keep the project database updated and organized, making sure information is accurate and easy to use. Suggest improvements to data classification and meet deadlines for updates. Collaboration: Build relationships with project stakeholders and work with internal teams to ensure research supports business goals. What Were Looking For Educational background in Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration 1–2 years of professional experience in research, business intelligence, or similar Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Solid technical ability, especially with Microsoft Office Good to very good language skills – written & verbal Strong communication skills (mandatory) Background in real estate is an added advantage Previous call center experience is also a plus Key Values Communication Teamwork Accountability Customer Focus
