JPS .Net Developer Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering efficient .NET solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with project stakeholders, and adherence to established coding and documentation practices. Key Responsibilities .NET Development Design, develop, and implement effective technical solutions based on approved requirements. Follow established coding standards and best practices. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and conduct unit testing to ensure quality delivery. Collaboration with Project Lead/Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Work closely with the Project Lead and BSA to clarify requirements. Provide feedback to ensure requirements are fully understood and accurately implemented. Meetings & Communication Actively participate in solution design sessions, code reviews, project status updates, and team meetings. Communicate progress, challenges, and decisions effectively to stakeholders. Team Foundation Server (TFS) Updates Maintain daily updates in TFS to track task progress, decisions made, and overall status. Knowledge Transfer Document developed solutions thoroughly. Conduct verbal and written knowledge transfer sessions with the Senior Programmer Analyst to ensure continuity. DELIVERABLES The successful candidate must deliver the following in order to successfully complete the engagement: 1. .Net development: Develop effective and efficient technical solutions to meet business needs based on approved requirements and following established coding practices. Solution delivery will require participation in design reviews, code reviews and unit testing of developed solutions. 2. Work with Projects Project Lead/Business System Analyst: Utilize requirements documented by the Projects Business Systems Analysts (BSA), solicit clarity from, and provide feedback to the BSA as required to ensure clarity of these requirements. 3. Attend required meetings: Actively participate in solution design, code review, project status and team meetings 4. Team Foundation Server: Update Team Foundation Server project tasks daily to track work completed, decisions made and status of tasks. 5. Knowledge Transfer: Actively ensure knowledge of developed solution is transferred to the Senior Programmer Analyst by way of documented materials and verbal discussion.
