We are looking for French-speaking professionals to join our team in Braga, Portugal , as Customer Support Specialists . In this role, you will support customers of a global company, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide customer support in French via email, chat, or phone. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account issues. Resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner . Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support . Document customer interactions and solutions in internal systems. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases. Requirements Fluent French (C1/C2 level) . Good English level (B2 or higher) for internal communication. Strong communication and customer service skills . Ability to solve problems and make decisions efficiently . Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment . Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus .
