Customer Support Specialist (Polish / Czech / Greek / Hungarian) – Lisbon Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: 30 April 2026 We are looking for Polish, Czech, Greek, or Hungarian speakers to join an international e-commerce customer support team in Lisbon. If you enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced online environment, this opportunity could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with orders, accounts, and platform navigation Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction Handle higher contact volumes during promotional periods Requirements Fluent Polish, Czech, Greek, or Hungarian (C1/C2) + English B2+ Strong communication and customer service skills Basic understanding or interest in e-commerce Salary & Benefits €920 gross/month (14 salaries) €45 attendance bonus (11 months) Meal allowance: €7.63/day Health insurance Shared accommodation for candidates relocating from outside Portugal Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid legal work authorization in Portugal.
