Chief Operating Officer

Company Background We are representing our client, that provides Electrical and Mechanical engineering solutions including Electrical (High/Low Voltage), ELV Systems, ACMV & HVAC Systems, Clean Room Systems, Fire Protection, Clean Energy Solutions, Data Center Solutions and etc. They are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage the company's projects and oversee day-to-day operational functions. Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the Groups overall operations, including engineering, project management, procurement, and site execution. Ensure efficient delivery of projects in terms of timeline, cost, quality, and safety. Strengthen operational systems, processes, and governance to support the companys growth. Work closely with the CEO and senior management to execute strategic initiatives and expand project capabilities. Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and project teams. Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline. 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or M&E contracting environment. Proven leadership experience managing large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong operational leadership, project execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
