Head of Artificial Intelligence Location: BGC, Taguig Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Schedule: Morning Shift | Monday to Friday Job Overview The Head of Artificial Intelligence will lead the development and implementation of AI initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on building enterprise-level AI capabilities that support business innovation, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. The role will work closely with innovation and technology teams to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve products, platforms, and internal processes. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy and Leadership Lead the companys AI initiatives and long-term technology strategy. Oversee the development and deployment of AI models, platforms, and solutions. Manage a team responsible for AI and advanced analytics initiatives. Technology and Innovation Work closely with innovation and technology teams to develop new AI capabilities. Support the delivery of end-to-end AI projects from concept to implementation. Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and business objectives. Governance and Stakeholder Management Ensure responsible AI development aligned with governance and compliance standards. Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. Provide guidance on AI strategy and technology direction. Qualifications Strong experience in AI leadership, machine learning, or advanced analytics Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or technology initiatives Background in AI architecture or solutions architecture Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure and data platforms Experience managing technical teams Banking or financial services experience is an advantage
