Staff / Principal Software Engineer – Mobile (React Native) / Remote

Our client is a next-generation financial technology company building a peer-to-peer investment and trading platform on secure, compliant, and trustless infrastructure. Their ecosystem enables users to trade, invest, and access diversified investment strategies transparently alongside professional investors. Responsibilities Architect, build, and maintain high-performance React Native applications for both iOS and Android Act as the technical lead for mobile development, driving architecture and engineering best practices Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and stability across the mobile codebase Conduct code reviews and establish strong development standards Mentor and guide mobile engineers, helping elevate the overall engineering quality Collaborate closely with product, backend, design, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and stability risks Requirements 8+ years of professional mobile development experience (iOS, Android, or both) 3+ years of production experience with React Native Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Senior Mobile Engineer Expert-level JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge and strong clean coding practices Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and memory management
