We are seeking a dependable and service-focused Travel Solutions Advisor to assist clients with organizing and coordinating travel plans. This role centers on communication, research, and planning support to ensure each travel experience is arranged clearly and efficiently. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized records. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary. This role emphasizes reliability, organization, and strong client service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
