Head of Tax Advisory

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Head of Tax Advisory. Our client is a well‑established professional services organisation looking for a senior leader to develop and grow its Tax Advisory function. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the team, enhancing service offerings, and advising a diverse portfolio of clients on complex tax matters. Key Responsibilities: Lead and expand the Tax Advisory line of business while shaping its long-term strategy. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals. Provide high-level tax advice across areas such as corporate taxation, international tax, regulatory frameworks, and emerging tax developments. Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives. Conduct in‑depth technical research and deliver practical tax solutions. Represent the organisation at external events and support cross‑department collaboration. Requirements: Fully qualified accountant or tax professional with at least five years’ experience in taxation. A recognised tax qualification is preferred; otherwise, strong technical expertise and willingness to obtain one. Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team or department. Strong communication, analytical, and business development skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or business development systems. #LI-DNP
