Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative

Job Overview We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to customers in an international logistics environment. The position is on-site in Piraeus, Athens, Greece , offering the opportunity to support customers with delivery inquiries, shipment tracking, and account assistance. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely and effective support throughout their service experience. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with package tracking and delivery updates. Handle requests related to shipments, claims, and billing inquiries. Provide guidance on services and account management. Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Maintain clear and accurate communication with customers. Follow established procedures to resolve issues efficiently. Participate in training sessions to maintain service knowledge. Requirements Fluent Italian (C1 level or higher) . English proficiency at B2 level . Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in customer support is beneficial but not required.
