Contract Details Contract type: B2B (PFA / SRL) Work model: Remote (EU / Romania) Contracting period: 12 months Project: Enterprise AI & Generative AI Solutions Role Overview We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals combined with hands-on experience in deploying Large Language Model powered systems into production environments. You will drive AI initiatives from proof of concept to secure, scalable enterprise deployment , working closely with AI product teams, data scientists, and engineering stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, Develop, and Deploy AI Solutions Design and implement Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence services Guide solutions from proof of concept to full enterprise deployment Build Scalable AI Systems Architect scalable and secure AI systems Develop robust data pipelines and model deployment workflows Implement Engineering Best Practices Implement Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery and Machine Learning Operations practices Automate model training, testing, and deployment processes Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Artificial Intelligence Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams Translate business requirements into production-ready AI systems Innovate with Advanced AI Architectures Develop multi-agent Artificial Intelligence systems Integrate Large Language Model powered solutions into enterprise platforms Ensure Reliability and Compliance Maintain high standards for system reliability, observability, security, and compliance Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong expertise in Python Experience with at least one additional programming language such as Node.js or Java Backend & System Development Experience building backend services using frameworks such as: FastAPI Flask Django Experience developing microservices architectures DevOps & Infrastructure Experience with containerization technologies such as: Docker Kubernetes Familiarity with orchestration and automation tools such as: GitHub Actions MLflow Cloud & Machine Learning Platforms Experience implementing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery and Machine Learning Operations pipelines in cloud environments such as: Azure Machine Learning Databricks Amazon Web Services Data Engineering Hands-on experience with: Extract Transform Load processes API integrations Model deployment workflows Architecture & Development Practices Knowledge of distributed systems and big data platforms Experience working within Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Communication Fluent English Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence frameworks such as: LangChain CrewAI Experience with multi-agent Artificial Intelligence systems Familiarity with SAP Artificial Intelligence Core and SAP Business Technology Platform Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira (Scrum or SAFe) What We Offer Opportunity to build cutting-edge Generative Artificial Intelligence systems Work on enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence solutions Collaboration with AI, Data, and Product teams Access to modern cloud and Artificial Intelligence platforms Flexible working environment
