LMK Recruiting is partnering with Spencer Fane to identify an experienced Patent Prosecution Paralegal to support a highly respected Intellectual Property practice in Phoenix, AZ . This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced IP environment and enjoys managing the full lifecycle of U.S. and international patent filings . In this role, you will work closely with attorneys, foreign counsel, and inventors while managing patent docketing, USPTO correspondence, and filing deadlines . You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate preparation and submission of provisional, non-provisional, PCT, and national phase applications , along with supporting Office Action responses and Information Disclosure Statements (IDS) .
