Role: Senior Manager - CSR Relations, Mumbai Experience: 8-12 years Salary: 12-14 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variables) ________________________________________________ Role Overview: The Senior Manager – Corporate Relations will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth for the consulting firm by building high-value client relationships, shaping winning proposals, and expanding advisory engagements with measurable impact. The role combines strategic business development, client advisory, client servicing, and leadership to position the firm as a trusted partner delivering outcomes not just services. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Market Expansion: Design and execute business development strategies aligned with consulting priorities. Identify opportunities in sectors like CSR advisory and Corporate Volunteering. Build a robust pipeline across priority accounts and geographies. Client & Partner Engagement: Cultivate senior-level relationships with clients, funders, and foundations. Act as a thought partner to co-create value-driven solutions for complex challenges. Lead strategic partnerships and manage account scaling. Proposal Leadership & Deal Closure: Lead end-to-end proposal development, including pricing and negotiations. Collaborate with teams to craft compelling, insight-led pitches. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning: Contribute to the firm's agenda through sector briefs and insights. Represent the firm at industry platforms and policy dialogues. Monitor sector trends and funding landscapes. Internal Leadership & Reporting: Mentor junior team members and strengthen internal CRM discipline. Monitor pipeline health and report on growth metrics to leadership. Qualifications & Experiences: Experience: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, with 8 –12 years of experience in consulting, partnerships, or institutional business development. Competencies: Strategic and consultative selling. Senior-level client relationship management. Strong understanding of CSR advisory and Corporate Volunteering. Expertise in commercial structuring and proposal development. Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills. Interpersonal Traits: * Must be outcome-oriented with a strong sense of purpose.
