Croatian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Location: Athens, Greece Work Type: On-site (with potential remote option) Job Description We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Athens . In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support and ensure a positive experience for users. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions Follow internal procedures and quality standards Requirements Fluent Croatian Good level of English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Working Hours Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 19:00 (shift-based schedule) Salary 1200€ gross monthly salary Additional Information On-site training and onboarding for the first 9 weeks Remote work may be considered after this period depending on performance and readiness
