Network Support Engineer, Cyprus

Our client, a next-generation cyber security company built to protect modern businesses from evolving digital threats is looking for a Network Support Engineer with 1-3 year's experience to join their growing technical team. Role Overview The successful candidate will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to our customers, focusing on network and security infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced engineers and architects, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for network infrastructure Provide support for endpoint security solutions and email security systems Support Active Directory environments Monitor customer environments and respond to alerts and incidents Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, authentication, and security-related issues Support Active Directory users, groups, policies, and permissions Assist in device configuration, upgrades, and patch management Escalate complex cases to senior engineers when required Maintain documentation of incidents, changes, and technical procedures Support customer onboarding and implementation projects What we're looking for: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Networking, Cyber Security, or related field Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs Basic understanding of network security principles Basic understanding of Active Directory (user management, GPOs, domain concepts) Basic understanding of Windows Server environments Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Good communication skills in Greek and English Team-oriented with a willingness to learn Military obligations completed (if applicable) Nice to have: Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+ Hands-on experience with enterprise network environments Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS) Previous internship or technical support experience Exposure to enterprise-level cybersecurity projects Continuous training and certification support Clear career progression path within Cyber Security Competitive salary based on experience Dynamic and professional working environment
