Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days office) PLN 480,000 – PLN 600,000 per year Full-time | Senior Leadership Location & Work Model Warsaw, Poland Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the office Candidates should already have the right to work in Poland or be able to relocate independently. A fast-growing Series C technology company in Warsaw is looking for a VP of Technology to lead engineering transformation and support executive leadership during a critical scaling phase. This role sits at the center of the companys technical organization, overseeing engineering leadership across multiple domains while partnering closely with the CPTO to strengthen engineering culture, standardize processes, and prepare the organization for its next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear trajectory toward CTO for the right candidate. The Opportunity The company is currently professionalizing its engineering structure across three major areas: Backoffice systems E-commerce platform Product configurability architecture The VP of Tech will play a central role in aligning these domains, establishing stronger engineering practices, and implementing scalable operational processes across the organization. What You Will Do Lead and mentor engineering leadership across multiple technical domains Partner closely with the CPTO on strategic engineering initiatives Standardize engineering processes and operational frameworks Strengthen engineering culture, collaboration, and technical discipline Take end-to-end ownership across multiple engineering areas Drive organizational transformation during a scaling phase Support leadership alignment between product, engineering, and business teams Develop senior engineering leaders and heads of departments What We're Looking For Proven experience managing large engineering teams in scaling organizations Background as VP of Engineering, CTO, or senior engineering leader Demonstrated success leading engineering culture and process transformation Experience operating across multiple technical domains or business units Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational leadership Aspiration and capability to evolve into a future CTO role Nice to Have Experience in scale-up or fast-growing tech companies Background in e-commerce platforms or product configurator systems Exposure to ERP implementations or complex backoffice platforms Prior collaboration with CPTO or CTO-level leadership Why This Role Stands Out This position offers the opportunity to shape the engineering foundations of a rapidly scaling technology company while working closely with executive leadership.
