We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for experienced Concierge Professionals to support a leading AI lab in improving how advanced AI systems understand real-world hospitality service workflows and guest support operations. This project focuses on designing domain-specific scenarios, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and contributing professional insights to improve AI reasoning in customer service, guest relations, and concierge support environments.
