Key Responsibilities Litigation Defense: Manage and execute defense strategies for complex class action and PAGA litigation, as well as high-stakes single-plaintiff claims. Strategic Advocacy: Lead fact investigations, draft persuasive motions, and oversee sophisticated discovery processes in both state and federal courts. Employment Counseling: Provide proactive, high-level counsel to corporate clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and evolving labor laws. Case Management: Oversee matters from inception through resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for in-house counsel and human resources executives at leading global companies. Requirements Experience: 2–4 years of dedicated Labor & Employment litigation experience within a large law firm environment. Technical Expertise: Proven track record in California-specific litigation, including meaningful exposure to PAGA and class action defense. Skills: Exceptional writing and analytical capabilities, with the ability to distill complex legal issues into actionable client advice.
