Key Responsibilities Digital Interaction: Manage high-volume inquiries from Norwegian-speaking users exclusively via live chat and email. Written Excellence: Maintain high service standards by providing clear, grammatically correct, and helpful responses in Norwegian. Requirements Language: Native or C2-level Norwegian with excellent written grammar and professional proficiency in English. Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece). Communication: Fast and accurate typing skills with a focus on detail and customer empathy. Aptitude: Comfort navigating multiple digital tools and CRM platforms simultaneously.
