Key Responsibilities Litigation Defense: Manage and support single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims in state and federal courts. Class Action Advocacy: Assist in the defense of complex wage and hour class actions and collective actions. Strategic Drafting: Prepare high-quality briefs, motions, and pleadings; manage sophisticated ESI (Electronically Stored Information) discovery processes. Arbitration & Advocacy: Represent clients in high-stakes arbitration proceedings and administrative hearings. Client Counseling: Provide proactive advice to corporate clients on evolving labor laws, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies. Requirements Experience: 0–5 years of law firm experience.
