Customer Experience Specialist – Flemish Speaker | Remote in Spain

We are currently looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join an international team supporting a premium automotive brand . Your responsibilities In this position, you will support prospective customers who have already shown interest in a product. Your role will focus on maintaining high-quality communication and delivering a premium customer experience. Main tasks include: Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers after their initial product inquiry Represent a well-known luxury automotive brand in a professional and customer-focused manner Identify customer needs, address questions, and provide additional information about the product Detect potential concerns or hesitation points, including pricing or product details Document conversations and summarize insights for internal sales teams Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the follow-up process Ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards of a premium brand Requirements Fluent Flemish and good command of English Minimum high school diploma (studies in business, communication, or automotive fields are a plus) Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client support is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in the automotive industry , especially premium brands Ability to follow structured call processes and provide clear written reports Professional and organized approach when handling customer interactions What we offer Full-time permanent contract (39 hours per week) Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Salary: €21,376 gross/year + up to €3,000 performance bonus Private medical insurance 100% remote work from Spain Paid training and onboarding Opportunities for professional growth and development If you are looking to join an international environment and contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience for a premium brand, we would be happy to hear from you.
