A specialist travel information platform used by travel professionals is seeking a structured and commercially capable professional to join the team in a dual research and account management role . The position combines visa information verification and client relationship management , ensuring that industry information remains accurate while maintaining advertising client relationships. Key Responsibilities Verify international visa requirements on a structured six-week cycle through direct embassy engagement and official source documentation. Maintain allocated supplier pages to ensure information remains current and accurate. Manage and renew an allocated portfolio of advertising clients. Conduct client meetings and manage renewal discussions professionally. Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and CRM systems for meetings and communications. Requirements Highly detail-oriented and process-driven. Strong communication skills when engaging with embassies and business clients. Organised, accountable, and comfortable working towards targets. Experience in travel operations, account management, or structured research is advantageous. Valid drivers licence and own vehicle is required.
