Position Summary The Senior Planning Specialist supports business planning, performance monitoring, and strategic analysis to ensure the effective implementation of company objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop business plans and operational strategies. Analyze financial performance, revenue, and operational KPIs. Monitor implementation of company strategic initiatives. Conduct market and competitor analysis. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Prepare management reports and presentations. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in planning or strategy roles. Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
