Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job brief We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients. You will source, screen, and hire the best talent while providing excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against job requirements. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Candidate & Client Management: Manage communication with candidates, providing feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles. Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment strategies. Employer Branding: Participate in career fairs, networking events, and social media campaigns to attract talent. Recruitment Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management and clients. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies during the hiring process. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and talent acquisition technologies. Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in HR consulting or corporate HR. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools Ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in Ethiopia is a plus.
