Client Solutions Advisor (work from home)

The Client Solutions Advisor provides support and guidance to clients who need assistance organizing and coordinating service arrangements. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their preferences, identify their goals, and help them select appropriate service options that meet their needs. The position focuses on clear communication, organization, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the coordination process. Daily responsibilities include speaking with clients to gather information about their requests, reviewing available options, and recommending services that best match their preferences. You will also coordinate confirmations, manage scheduling details, and ensure that all arrangements are properly documented in internal systems. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updates is an important part of ensuring a smooth and reliable experience.
