We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for Food and Drink experts to contribute their knowledge to a large-scale AI training initiative focused on improving culinary reasoning, recipe generation, ingredient knowledge, and culturally grounded food analysis in advanced AI models. This project supports a leading AI research lab working to enhance how AI systems understand recipes, cooking techniques, ingredient usage, regional cuisines, and beverage traditions. This is a multilingual opportunity , designed for individuals actively engaged in culinary culture within their linguistic and cultural context. Experts will contribute by creating food and beverage prompts, evaluating AI-generated responses, and producing high-quality explanations grounded in real-world culinary knowledge and cultural authenticity. Key Responsibilities Author food and drink prompts covering recipe development, cooking techniques, ingredient substitutions, and regional cuisine analysis Evaluate AI-generated responses for culinary accuracy, clarity, and cultural authenticity Produce high-quality human-authored gold responses for nuanced cooking or beverage scenarios Develop prompt variations exploring differences in ingredients, equipment availability, dietary requirements, or regional adaptations Evaluate outputs across different tones including instructional, conversational, technical, and editorial formats Identify model failure cases involving incorrect techniques, unsafe food handling advice, unrealistic substitutions, or culturally inaccurate representations of cuisines Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: 2+ years of sustained engagement with food and beverage culture through cooking, writing, content creation, or community participation Experience with recipe development, culinary experimentation, or beverage crafting Active participation in culinary discourse in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi Strong familiarity with regional cuisines, traditional cooking techniques, and ingredient availability Ability to clearly explain cooking processes, flavor combinations, and beverage pairings Strong written communication skills and thoughtful editorial judgment Preferred qualifications may include: Experience as a chef, culinary instructor, food writer, or recipe developer Knowledge of beverage traditions such as wine, coffee, tea, cocktails, or fermentation Experience producing culinary content such as blogs, videos, or social media posts Why This Opportunity Contribute culinary expertise to cutting-edge AI research projects Help improve how AI systems understand food culture, cooking techniques, and recipes Work on creative and analytical tasks related to global cuisines and beverage traditions Flexible remote engagement with competitive hourly compensation Contract Details Independent contractor role Fully remote with flexible scheduling Expected commitment: approximately 10–40 hours per week Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise Projects may be extended or adjusted depending on performance and project needs About the Platform This opportunity is available through a leading AI-driven work platform.
