We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Slovenian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Greece. Workplace: Athens, Greece or remote from anywhere in Greece (Equipment shipped to you!) Start Date: ASAP About the Role: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic, international team supporting well-known global brands. Your role will involve handling inquiries and providing excellent service to customers via multiple channels. Your primary tasks will include: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems Deliver a high level of service and maintain customer satisfaction Qualifications: Fluent or C2 level in Slovenian (written and spoken). English B2-C1. Strong communication skills and the ability to make well-considered decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
