With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Hub Analytics: Data Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about data analysis and transforming data into business insights ? Then this position is for you. As a Data Analyst , you will be responsible for data analysis, model monitoring, and data pipeline execution , supporting business decision-making across different geographies within our analytics ecosystem. Build side: Collect and analyze internal and external datasets to identify business insights and opportunities Create and adapt data analysis models and analytical tools Develop and automate ETL processes using Python and SQL to extract and prepare data for analytical use Build and update dashboards to visualize data and business metrics Contribute to the development and improvement of data quality controls and analytical processes Run side: Run Python-based analytical engines for marketing and web navigation analysis on a regular basis Monitor and analyze KPIs related to the performance of internal analytical models Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of delivered analyses and datasets Maintain and optimize existing data workflows and analytical processes Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and analysts to support ongoing analytical initiatives This is your background You have at least +4 years of experience in data analysis or data-driven environments . You enjoy working with data to solve business problems and are constantly looking for ways to improve processes and analytical methods. This is your career path.
