Creative Director (Remote)

Deer Designer is looking for a high-energy Creative Director (Design Lead) based in Latin America to lead a high-output design team. You aren't just managing a team; you are a creative gatekeeper who unblocks designers, translates messy briefs into clear directions, and ensures every pixel meets brand standards without missing a deadline. Tasks Lead and coach a design pod to maintain quality consistency at scale. Triage and manage delivery workflows to ensure work ships predictably and on time. Set creative standards for layout, typography, and brand systems (Figma/Adobe). Act as a strategic bridge between client feedback and designer execution. Requirements Experience: 5+ years in design with 1–3+ years leading creative teams (agency preferred). Tech Stack: Mastery of Figma (design systems/libraries) and Adobe Creative Cloud. Art Direction: Strong brand judgment and the ability to give fast, actionable feedback. Language: Advanced English (verbal/written) is essential for client-facing leadership.
