Retention Specialist

Our client is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Retention Specialist in Fourways to design and execute effective retention strategies that keep customers engaged and loyal. The ideal candidate will analyze player behavior, optimize the customer lifecycle, and drive innovation to improve overall satisfaction and profitability in a dynamic, fast-paced digital environment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute retention-based marketing strategies across multiple channels. Monitor, report, and optimize customer engagement throughout the player lifecycle. Drive operational excellence and contribute to business transformation initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and profitability. Stay updated on market trends and implement innovative retention techniques. Skills: Strong data analysis and customer insight interpretation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools. Strategic thinker with a creative and innovative mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Matric (NQF 4) and a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management (NQF 5). Minimum of five years experience in a similar role.
