In this role, you will support customers, handle inquiries, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Follow internal procedures and service standards Requirements Fluent German Good level of English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Working Hours Monday – Sunday Rotational shifts: 08:00 – 17:00 09:00 – 18:00 Days Off: 2 rotational days Later stage (to be confirmed): 24/7 rotational shifts Salary & Bonus 1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months) 100€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months) Contract Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 months
