In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries and provide high-quality support while ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Follow internal procedures and quality standards Requirements Native or fluent Spanish (LATAM candidates can also be considered) English B2 level Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (mandatory) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Working Hours 24/7 rotational shifts Work Model On-site – Lisbon (Tejo), Portugal
