The main purpose of the role is to coordinate and manage RFQ processes while ensuring smooth commercial communication with customers. The role involves supporting program-related commercial activities, maintaining financial overviews, and ensuring that internal teams and customers stay aligned throughout the quotation and program preparation phases. The position is based in Skara, Gothenburg, or Färgelanda and will support operations across all sites. Travel to the Färgelanda facility and customer locations may be required. Key Responsibilities Coordinate RFQ Processes Coordinate and manage RFQ processes from request to submission. Collect and consolidate input from engineering, purchasing, and finance teams. Ensure all quotation materials and documentation are complete and submitted on time. Customer Coordination Act as a contact point for customers regarding RFQ and commercial information. Maintain structured communication and follow-up with customers throughout the quotation process. Support negotiations and clarification discussions when needed. Commercial and Financial Tracking Support preparation of quotation packages including cost breakdowns, capital estimates, and pricing proposals. Track program-related financial data such as costs, tooling, and investments. Maintain structured documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders. Administrative and Analytical Support Maintain RFQ documentation, reports, and financial tracking tools. Work extensively in Excel to track data, costs, and program status. Coordinate internally to ensure alignment between departments and customer expectations. Requirements Strong Excel and analytical skills. Experience coordinating RFQ or quotation processes in a technical or industrial environment. Good organizational and communication skills. Fluent Swedish is required.
