Test Manager/ Test Architect

We are looking for an experienced Test Architect / Test Manager with a strong passion for test strategy and test automation . This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape automated testing initiatives for a client. In this role, you will play a key position in designing and implementing test strategies and frameworks for automated software testing. The assignment involves evaluating the current hardware and software testing environment, identifying improvements, and creating a comprehensive automated testing strategy. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the test automation strategy and architecture for future testing solutions. Evaluate the existing hardware and software testing environment and identify areas for improvement. Develop and present a complete and structured test strategy to management. Ensure that the proposed testing methodologies meet high quality standards. Provide cost estimations and investment recommendations related to the testing strategy and infrastructure. Guide teams in implementing best practices in test automation and quality assurance. Required Qualifications Extensive experience in Test Strategy and Test Automation. Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Test Lead / Test Manager / Test Architect. Strong ability to take ownership of technical solutions and share knowledge within teams. Solid development experience in C# / .NET. Experience testing in distributed software or system environments. Experience with HIL / SIL / MIL testing environments is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications ISTQB Advanced Certification or equivalent testing expertise.
