Senior Tax Specialist – Transfer Pricing

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Specialist with deep expertise in transfer pricing and related financial matters. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring tax compliance, efficiency, and strategic consistency within a complex international corporate environment. Reporting to the Head of Transfer Pricing, you will lead and contribute to projects of significant business impact, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage intra-group transactions and transfer pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct transfer pricing assessments for related-party transactions across projects. Administer transfer pricing processes, including setting, approving, and testing transfer prices. Manage intra-group services and agreements. Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation. Monitor compliance with established transfer pricing policies. Support audits, MAP (Mutual Agreement Procedure), and APA (Advance Pricing Agreement) applications. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc tax-related matters. Qualifications & Experience: University degree in Law, Finance, or equivalent . Several years of experience in transfer pricing or financial matters , ideally from a tax agency, audit firm, or multinational corporation. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent business acumen, integrity, and leadership abilities. Proficient in Accounting and Tax principles . Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken). Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word . Desirable Skills: Experience with SAP, OneStream, Power BI , or other analytical tools. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to drive change, implement processes, and meet tight deadlines. Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
