About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Care Expert to support our English-speaking customers. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for our community, helping customers through a variety of channels while delivering friendly, effective, and solution-focused support. You’ll work closely with our Lisbon team to ensure every interaction reflects the Marley Spoon experience—supportive, efficient, and customer-focused. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for English-speaking customers across phone, email, chat, and social media Provide timely, thoughtful support while resolving customer questions and issues Make outbound calls to engage with customers and help strengthen long-term relationships Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve our proactive customer care approach Take ownership of projects from planning through execution and reporting What We’re Looking For Fluent English (required) Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early, late, or overnight schedules Strong written and verbal communication skills A genuine passion for helping customers and improving their experience Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem solving Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable applying new knowledge quickly Passion for food is a plus Benefits: Hybrid work policy (remote + office). 22 annual leave days +2 days extra days for every year of tenure (up to 6). 5 training days per year.
