Finance Manager

About the Role: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this position is responsible for the delivery of Financial control, performance and management for Kapish. The key outcomes of the role are the delivery of timely and accurate financial results and analysis for Kapish, and ensuring a strong control environment and partnering of the key business stakeholders across the Kapish leadership team. The Finance Manager will hold the responsibility to promote and enhance the interests, welfare, business, profitability, growth, and reputation of the company. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team delivering month-end reporting, forecasting, including end-to-end financial control across the business. Partner with the leadership team to deliver monthly management reporting for executive and Board presentations. Maintain a strong financial control environment, including review of balance sheet reconciliations. Manage the capital expenditure process, including tracking progress against key milestones. Conduct commercial financial analysis and support business cases and strategic initiatives. Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the leadership team. Provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and reporting while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. About You: Tertiary qualified with CA or CPA accreditation . Demonstrated experience in a commercial finance environment. Strong financial accounting experience, including general ledger reconciliations and statutory reporting. Proven capability in management reporting and financial analysis. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics financial system is highly desirable.
