Advisory Project Manager

Description (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience) General Project Management is managing projects in purchasing, logistics, HR, Finance or any other non-technical, non-IT, non-technology engineering projects, including: Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing ; Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects) ; On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables. Project manager on Professional level applies practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience). Manage smaller projects with low complexity or a part of a bigger project, with support from a senior project manager. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
