About the Role As an English Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Teaching English across Key Stages 3–5, including GCSE and A-Level. Contributing to curriculum development, resource creation, and departmental initiatives. Leading or supporting enrichment activities such as reading clubs, writing competitions, and school productions. Creating a stimulating, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Collaborating with colleagues across the department and school to share best practice and support school-wide initiatives. Experience and Qualifications Degree in English, English Literature, or a related discipline. PGCE or QTS qualification. Experience teaching English at secondary level, including GCSE and A-Level.
