🌎 Location: Full remote work ⏰ Schedule: 4 days work, 2 days off Day shift: 08:00-18:00; 10:00-20:00; 12:00-22:00 Night shift: 22:00-08:00 Break: 1,5h 💰 What we offer: Full remote work; Salary up to 5800 RON (fixed salary + meal card + performance bonuses); Work equipment; Free library subscription to Bookster; Discounts on our service for renting a car; A friendly team; Managers who care about the welfare of our employees and help them whenever we can both personally and professionally; Opportunities for professional growth and development. 📋 Responsibilities: Contacting customers by phone or e-mail, regarding their feedback about the company's services; Resolving complaints and challenges from customers, redirecting the situation to the head of the department or another department when necessary; Improving relations with customers and their loyalty through interaction on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram); Review Hunter – searching and responding to comments or reviews posted on the internet. 💼 Requirements: No experience is required, though 6 months of experience in a similar role would be an advantage; Romanian and English at an advanced level (written and spoken). Knowledge of the Hungarian language is a plus. You should like talking to people (by phone and e-mail), it should be easy for you to talk to your new colleague. Enjoy interacting with customers, even the difficult ones. Be patient to explain and help even the one who "understands" more difficult. 😊 To know what the sense of duty means, to be calm only when you know that you have finished your work.
