Project Leader – Functional Designer M/F This is your mission Are you passionate about building robust IT solutions and coordinating projects? Then this position is for you. As Project Leader – Functional Designer, you will be responsible for functional analysis, solution design, and project coordination in our ecosystem: Build side: Gather and analyze user requirements for medium to large IT projects Design functional IT solutions covering data input/output, storage, traceability, user interface, and reporting Prioritize objectives in collaboration with business stakeholders Coordinate IT functional analyses and development efforts Ensure quality of functional and technical design of solution components Document new and adapted processes and functionalities Describe test scenarios and organize test execution with testers/test coordinators Suggest and implement processes and application improvements Inform stakeholders about project progress in a structured manner Run side: Support setup of project run and post-implementation activities Ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the team and with business Follow up on Acceptance Testing Maintain comprehensive project documentation Report project progress regularly to management Help build a positive team spirit This is your background You have at least 5–8 years of experience in project leadership and business/functional analysis within demanding IT environments. You enjoy working with both Business and IT teams and are constantly looking to improve processes and solutions.
