With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Business Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about data platforms and financial operations? Then this position is for you. As IT Business Analyst , you will be responsible for supporting the evolution of the Custody Data Store platform by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring smooth collaboration between product, development, and stakeholders within our ecosystem. Build side: • Contribute expertise in Custody and Settlement activities when defining requirements and documentation for new platform evolutions • Gather and formalize business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders • Support developers in understanding functional requirements and business context • Identify impacted components and prepare relevant test books and test suites • Contribute to the creation of new use cases, reports, and APIs as the platform evolves Run side: • Execute acceptance testing and provide formal sign-offs for delivered features • Maintain and update test books to ensure reliable validation processes • Share functional knowledge with the development team to support ongoing improvements • Facilitate communication between developers, Project Manager, and Product Owner within the Scrum framework • Support the Agile process and ensure the team can meet each Quarterly Agile Plan This is your background You have at least 3 years of experience in demanding IT or financial systems environments. You enjoy translating business needs into structured requirements and collaborating closely with development teams. You have built experience in business analysis within financial systems , ideally involving Custody or Settlement processes. You are comfortable working in Agile teams and supporting the full lifecycle from requirement definition to testing and delivery.
