If you're passionate about technology and eager to shape the future — TEKEVER is the place for you. 👇🏻🎯 What will be your responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation; Develop, negotiate, and oversee strategic supply agreements to ensure long-term value and alignment with business goals; Conduct in-depth market research to identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing suppliers aligned with quality, cost, and service objectives; Analyse procurement needs across departments, prioritize requisitions, and ensure timely execution of purchasing strategies; Drive supplier optimization initiatives, focusing on cost reduction, continuous quality improvement, and enhanced service levels; Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, finance, and operations teams to align procurement efforts with organizational objectives and project timelines. Profile and requirements: MCIPS or equivalent preferable; 4–6 years of progressive experience in Procurement / Supply - preferably from a Defence background; Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and decision-making skills; Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and lead procurement initiatives independently; Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on value creation and process efficiency; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude; Solid understanding of commercial and financial procedures related to procurement (preferred); Knowledge in Microsoft BC.
